Overview

Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow was founded durring the late 12th century in summer of the year 1064, by Èqtêv. The establishment of Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow was built using the conventions of Wood Elf durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow is is constructed arround a series of restrictive cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The city posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The city's budget focused millitary grade defenses are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the citys defences.

Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow seems to be abandoned at first. There are people present, working their trades and going about their business like any community, it’s just they are absurdly quiet. Just as you start to think there might be trouble, you see most of them are reading. The entire city feels like a library, with those not reading remaining quite to not disturb those who have their nose in a book. The longer you remain in Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow the more you start to wonder if you’ve entered some strange open-concept University rather than a city, but you can’t quite say such with certainty.

A local has came up with a wonderful new idea 1 months ago; it may be a magical innovation, a new industrial process, a new agricultural product, a new use for what was thought to be ancient garbage, or some other very useful, profitable idea. Everyone around them is fighting for the chance to exploit this clever new plan.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Kami spared the town a natural disaster. One of Vo̠v Skrom Hadfow's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
